The management of Palm Villa, led by the Chairman Dr. Martins Imudia and accompanied by the Project Design Lead, Dr. Toni Imudia proudly represented the Palm Villa neighborhood vision and ongoing works at the Edo State Investment Summit held in Glasgow, Scotland, on 20th through the 22nd of September 2025.

During the summit, Palm Villa highlighted its commitment to redefining luxury living in Benin City through innovation, preservation of nature, sustainability, and diaspora-focused development. In a special presentation, Dr. Toni Imudia shared the estate’s vision of creating a modern private community designed to attract Edo indigenes home and abroad, maintain environmental serenity, security, and for long term economic growth.
The highlight of the event was an interactive session with Dr. Martins Imudia participating with the Governor of Edo State, where discussions centered on investment opportunities, strategic partnerships, and the role of Palm Villa in supporting the state’s drive for infrastructural development and foreign direct investment.

Palm Villa’s participation at the summit reaffirmed its position as a pioneering real estate brand championing Edo’s transformation into a global investment hub. The management expressed optimism that the connections and insights gained from the summit would accelerate ongoing projects and strengthen collaborations with both local and international stakeholders.
